IPv6 not showing in network status after resuming from Instant on Standby

resuming from instant on standby only shows IPv4 in the "current network status" of the settings (XSX)

If you perform a "Test NAT type" the status then correctly shows IPv4 & IPv6

Not sure if the status is wrong or IPv6 is not initialised

Note: Could not report on my Series X as the report a problem app is just sitting there with a spinning circle where the screen shot would go and Submit is greyed out!

how do u change to ipv6

It does it automatically if your service provider supports IPV6. It will show as IPV4 & IPV6 under network status.

If it's only showing IPV4 then your provider does not support IPV6 and/or there is a communication problem between your router/modem and your Xbox.

How do I set up IPv6 on Virgin Broadband?

Your console is not showing the IPv6 under Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Current network status?

    Ipv6

Your ISP has to support IPv6. Then you have to make sure IPv6 it is turned on in your router settings.

Then go on your Xbox. Check Settings > General
    > Network settings. On the right under Current Network Status should show if IPv6 is on.

Push to install a game to Xbox?

    Yes remote installations is enabled..

And yes it's set as my 'home' console..

BUT... now that i have the xbox turned on (not sitting on standby) it's showing in the list...

Shouldn't it be able to do it in standby with the instant on feature turned on?? That's the whole point of instant on isn't it? So it can download while 'turned off'

Xbox is unresponsive sometimes when using instant-on.

Same problems as OP has stated. Very frustrating - makes instant on feature completely useless. Mine started a week ago for no apparent reason. Will use energy saving mode from now on as a work around but that is hardly a solution. Nothing quite like resuming
from standby and nothing works - just tile press animations ! Come on MS fix this already.
