IPv4& IPv6 issues. NAT unavailable - Xbox service issues??

on XBox one also has information about connecting with that protocol.

You need to contact your ISP to determine if IP6 is available.

If you cant connect at all, make sure your ethernet cable is not damaged and try power cycling your router and wait until its fully functional BEFORE turning your console back on.

I can totally see how this could be disheartening as a majority of features on the console depend on a good connection to the internet.

What console if you don't mind me asking are you using? A 360 or One?

Also, what do you mean that you have done all checks and resets?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with your NAT type. IPV4 and IPV6 does not affect NAT type as these are just two different internet protocols. We recommend going over the

NAT type unavailable for troubleshooting.

You can't fix the IPv6/4 issue on your end, if your Provider is using DS-LITE or other IPv4 tunneling stuff that relies on Carrier Grade NAT (i.e. NAT that is being done in the Datacenter of your Provider).

Therefore your only solution is to contact your Provider, or cancel your subscription and go to another provider that does proper IPv4.
