    Hi I have a question. So first, my account has been hacked and now I cannot play online for any of my games my brother said my ip address has been banned by a hacker. Is there any way I can resolve this issue. I really wanna start playing again. Even when
    I opened the xbox app it said the network was connected to the console but it isnt working at all. Please let me know as soon as possible on what I could do to unban my ip address. Please and thank you!

    chudney31, yep, You have address from private IPv4 block, so this mean, that Your have Carrier Grade NAT.

    What You can do to fix this problem, all simple, You need to contact Your internet provider and ask them for public IPv4 address.

    It can be free or for some monthly fee, I don't think that it would be high. I'm pay $2,5 for static public IPv4 address.

    Without public IPv4 address, You will always suffer from network issues.
