IPTV HD Channels Not Showing Up on OneGuide

I have Bristol Tennessee Electric Services IPTV cable service. Everything works great except all the channels above channel 836 do not show up in the OneGuide. I can get to them with the cable box remote but not through OneGuide. These seem to be the
channels that are exclusive to the IPTV service they provide. It looks like the xbox simply needs a way to get updated lineup information from BTES. I need to know how to get this resolved.

The OneGuide channel list is missing a lot of channels from Vodafone IPTV Portugal. On another the mapping between channel information and channel numbers in Oneguide is wrong on some channels. For instance selecting FoxLife HF on Oneguide shows AXN.

That makes it mostly unreliable hence unusable.

Don't know where to report problems regarding this.

OneGuide missing channels

My cable provider has added several new HD channels over the past 5-6 months. None of these new channels are showing up in the OneGuide listings. I have used the 'Clear OneGuide' option under settings several times and I've turned off the channel filters,
but the new channels still are not listed. It would be nice if we could manually add channels and tie them to their network, especially for non-local cable networks like CNN and NFL Network Cable provider = Cable ONE, Inc. Zip code = 36207 Missing channels:

If you have an issue with your OneGuide channels being incorrect, please go to TV & OneGuide settings -> Troubleshooting -> Report a OneGuide problem and fill out the form! This will get to us and we'll work on it.

try rebooting your device. I also had the same problem but after rebooting the xbox I had it fixed up

Hey Eviltwin,

You can also change the setting to only show HD or SD channels in the OneGuide. Go to Settings> TV & OneGuide settings> OneGuide> Show all HD and SD channels. That will remove any duplicate channels.

Since TWC is consolidating SD and HD channels, AMC now shows as channel 35.

There is a OneGuide setting that will automatically hide duplicate SD channels if an HD channel exists. Since I had this enabled, OneGuide did not even show channel 35.

So if a channel is completing missing from OneGuide, it may help to disable that setting until the new OneGuide is released.

After disabling that option, I went through the guide and set as many favorites as I could using the old SD channels (many of which seem to be the same). I will just rely on using favorites until this is sorted out.

By default, we hide SD versions of channels that have an HD equivalent, this might be what you're seeing. If you want to restore all of the SD channels, you can do this in the OneGuide settings, by changing "Hide SD duplicate channels" to "Show all HD and
SD channels".
