    I hadn't logged into the game in over two months and got a surprise like this. I have read many forums, but did not understand how to solve this problem, many who write that it is a shadow ban, which can remove only the support itself, but tech support game responded to me only with links to tech support xbox live. I can not call them because in my country simply do not have their tech support. Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem.
