iPhone Xbox app, Controller not working on remote play issue

Hey guys

so as many of iphone users are aware

when you connect your xbox controller to your iphone by bluetooth, it says its connected

but when you go to actually play on remote on the xbox app, the controller will not work regardless and it tells you to go to bluetooth setting.

ive done some digging and found out its not working and its because the xbox app doesn’t have access to bluetooth setting! Thats why is doesn’t work

ive tried to contact xbox support about it and requested a call last week but still nothing

i just hope this gets some movement behide it so it can get sovled
