Discus and support iPad Air (iOS 12.5.2) Cloud streaming "page requested cannot be found" error in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I'm *guessing* this is just an issue that my old iPad isn't supported, but figured I'd double check since I can't seem to find any minimum requirements...     iPad Air (iOS 12.5.2) Cloud streaming "page requested cannot be found" error


    I'm *guessing* this is just an issue that my old iPad isn't supported, but figured I'd double check since I can't seem to find any minimum requirements anywhere. Per the subject:

    - iPad air (original)

    - running iOS 12.5.2 (latest update available for this old beast)

    - when I login to xbox.com/play, it *briefly* shows the xCloud streaming landing page with games (and a "For the best play experience, please use a supported browser" banner at the top), and then redirects to a page that simply says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found".

    - tried in Safari, Chrome, and Edge on the iPad

    Am I just outta luck, and my iPad is too old?

    Xbox One Smartglass Crashing

    I'm experiencing the same issue on an iPad Air. I have tried the suggestions above, but SmartGlass is still crashing immediately after it opens.

    iPad Air

    iOS 7.1.2 (11D257)

    SmartGlass 2.9.

    Wifi connection

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
