Watch out for the gamertag [Mod Removed], he sumhow got into my account, he threatened me and told me he would get my account banned, a couple of days later, my account was banned, he told me my mom better not use her bank account on a computer
becayse he got my ip address, im am afraid not knowing what will happen to my family because he told me my exact address and my ip address, once he got my account banned, he told me that he used a computer mod, I had no idea these things could be done until
he was successful in getting my account banned, I asked xbox about it and they said that I was trying to get people information and more, he also told me he did that through using my ip address, hopefully the xbox support can look into his account, and kinda
watch the things he has been doing. because im pretty sure im not the first person he has gotten banned, and I probably wont be the last.

Someone is stealing my ip adress

I didnt know where to post this so i posted it here. Some guy is trying to steal our ip adress and hack my acount my GT is [mod edit]. He wants to steal my account and he is also trying to permantly ban my console!!!! i need help,

 

Getting Threatened To Have My Account Hacked

Hey Xbox Forums, I got threatened by [Mod Removed] saying he had my IP address and said he would steal and sell my account.

 

Anyone can get your IP address with a little knowledge,but no one can access your account through it.

The most a person can do with it is boot you offline for a few minutes,nothing more.

He can not get your bank details,unless you have given him your account details.

You were not banned because of it,you must have done something yourself.

Just reset your router & that should change your ip address or contact your service provider & ask them to do it.

Cheers OWEN. Damn forum has eaten it. Showed up fine when I posted on my screen but has now gone.

 

May I ask why you don't simply change the IP ??? Unplug your modem/router for a few minutes....

No more problems. (as already pointed out above, this is an EASY fix)

Also, DO NOT keep track of unwanted players..... Simply Avoid and Block Communications. File a report and move on.
