    Hi.

    I need the IP address or the URL where the xbox one make the Network Test.

    The reason that I need that kind of information is, that I need to do tests in my computer over that IP address or URL, and send it to my ISP. Because they don't take as a valid proof the networking test from the xbox one.

    What exactly are you trying to test, what seems to be the issue with your network ?

    I have latency, almost 200 ms, and I have lose of packets.

    I only need to do is a tracert from my PC and see how many jumps the packet is doing to get to its destiny. Then send the proof to my ISP.

    The latency shown in the network settings on the Xbox One is not an accurate representation of your ping since it pings the servers in Seattle and not the nearest or best one. The packetloss does however state that there's an issue with your network. Can
    you go through the troubleshooting steps on this page by selecting the High Packetloss option ? support.xbox.com/xbox-one/networking/multiplayer-connection-error-solution

    Thank you for contacting Forum support!

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

    I recommend you set up a static IP Address and see if that helps.

    1. Settings

    2. Network

    3. Network Settings

    4. Advanced Settings

    5. Copy the IPV4 Information on the right side of the screen (IP address, Subnet mask, Gateway)

    6. Select IP settings

    7. Select Manual

    8. After set up, test your network settings (Test network, test Multiplayer, Test NAT Type)

    Should there still be issues, please contact your internet provider and set up the Ports (Port Forwarding).
