IOS Xbox app doesn’t load Jewel in the rewards!

Today, the “tap here to play” reward doesn’t load. I try to restart my phone, waited few hours… but it’s not working anymore.

I’m using an iPhone 12 and is based in the uk. Not sure if it’s my phone or the service is down.

I I stalled the Xbox app I n my iPad and have the same issue. So definitely app related

I've been using iOS 16 on the Beta for a while and it was fine, its only the last few days its stopped working for me (iPhone 11 Pro)

Also having the issue have re-installed and used mobile data and wifi and not working on Iphone or Ipad just a blank white screen

Hi Josef and thanks for your quick reply.

I've just tried to reinstall the Xbox app on my iPhone.
Sign in again but no luck, everything is the same.

I guess the service is down, but I cannot see anything relevant in https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status

Never mind, let's hope it will be back soon.
