    loved the premium trial on the new Microsoft solitaire app for my iPad but the link the subscribe to premium after the trial won't work. Apple said it is not a problem on their end. Help?

    Cannot sign in iOS

    I've been playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my laptop for over a year and got excited when I discovered it was available on iOS. I downloaded it on my phone, got the premium subscription, and was delighted. But now when I go to sign in on the app
    it crashes. My app is up to date. My iOS is up to date. And I even did a factory reset on my iPhone 6. Help!

    Purchase Premium on iOS

    I am unable to purchase a Premium Subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Collection on either my iPad or iPhone running iOS 10.2.

    I do have a Premium Subscription on my Windows 10.

    I also created a new Xbox ID to try to purchase it on my iOS devices and that did not work either.

    Yep, I actually already did all of the above. Latest iOs, 12 GB free space, no background apps and even reinstalled Solitaire. Didn’t help :/
