    Hi

    I do not seem to be able to subscribe to the premium edition. If I try and subscribe to either the monthly or yearly I get the attached message. I contacted Apple support and they said the problem is at the Microsoft side.

    Can any help?

    MS Solitaire won't sync premium win and ios

    Got win10 MS solitaire PREMIUM as week trial but it won't sync premium to ios.

    After week premium won't be able to buy via ios. What's wrong?

    Do i need to purchase premium separately for Android and ios? I purchased for Android so doesn't it carry across to ios through the xbox live account I signed in with?

    microsoft solitaire premium cross platform

    I've been trying to find the same type of "premium" or a reasonable answer. However, here's what I found. There is no cross-platform premium (yet). They (Microsoft) do keep track of your records with the Live accounts regardless of the platform. However,
    you have to purchase a different premium for each platform, i.e. Windows, iOS, and Android. (Hope I didn't leave out anything else). First, I thought it wasn't Microsoft to blame. Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) don't want the following situation: people
    pay for the premium on some other platform and play the game on their platform but they don't get a cut.

    But, then, if you take a look at the New York Times Crossword subscription, which is in a very similar situation but somehow manages to offer cross-platform premium.

    I hope MS somehow pull it through and offer the cross-platform premium.

    Microsoft Solitaire Premium on iOS

    Hello AIIGUI,

    I would recommend checking for updates for your apps. If your phone is not set to auto update, it can cause issues with multiple apps.

    Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Could be a quick fix if you haven't tried that already.

    I'm assuming this is in regards to Microsoft Solitaire, recently released on iOS? The premium was given to all those who downloaded it, from Microsoft, within the first month. It will then go away at the end of the month unless you choose to subscribe to
    it yourself.
