    I use iPhone 7 Plus(iOS 10.3.1) and it worked totally fine a couple of months ago.

    When I tried to run it and failed to log in(later I knew there was Xbox Live outage), never start up properly again just crash and crash.

    I upgraded iOS 2 times since it occurred even did hard reset and factory restore but not fixed.

    I'm afraid it might be sort of blacklist malfunction? It seems a known issue for MS but it's simply not fixed yet.

    When you say crashing on startup, are you seeing any UI before the app crashes? If so, what screen are you seeing right before it crashes?

    ->I see black side bar briefly but crashes.

    Upon uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox App, which of the following is happening?

    ->Same as usual. it may belong to b.

    Are you willing to have us pass the e-mail address that you normally use to log in with along to the teams as they would like to investigate if there is anything unusual about the settings of that account.

    1. Right after I have uninstalled and reinstalled the phone, when I do attempt to open the app, it asks if I would like to allow push notifications or not. In the background, the green screen with the xbox circle appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears.
    The next time I open the app, the push notification question does not come up. The green screen pops up for 1-2 seconds and immediately disappears.

    3. My account will sign in on other devices, including other iPhone 7 plusses. (sp)

    4. I am willing to have my email passed along. I would also like to take part in any testing if at all possible to help get this resolved ASAP.
