Discus and support IOInteractive scammed me twice in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So back in 2016 i bought HITMAN. The whole package with first and second season.     IOInteractive scammed me twice


    So back in 2016 i bought HITMAN. The whole package with first and second season. The second season didn't happen because square enix stopped producing it. Eventually warner bros picked up the project and turned it into HITMAN 2.

    On the store I saw an hitman upgrade for 20$ for whoever had the whole old pack. I thought it was an almost fair way to give those who already paid for season 2 what they have been waiting for.

    It wasn't.

    It was the first season.

    They sold again the first season. As it was.

    Only to those who already bought it.

    For 20$.

    Now you can blame me for not paying attention, but note this: the first season was delivered in episodes. So between all the clutter given by the single episodes, i thought there were the second season too. The description is boderline malicious two, it
    makes you believe it's new content.

    So, first lOlnteractive sold me half a game, and then they sold me he very same half again.

    Of course, digital purchase, cannot refund.

    Why is this allowed?

    Scammed TWICE with complimentary and support.

    So I got my Xbox back from warranty service. Everything looked good. Service box included my game CD and a note. Note said that in that box should be a complimentary one month Xbox Live Gold membership card as a gesture. I was surprised for service like
    that BUT, that physical card was not in that box. So I contacted support to let them now, that card was missing. Support guy called Roland generated me new code and sent it via e-mail. Told me to let him no when e-mail arrived. It arrived and he politly ended
    conversation. Super awesome isnt it? Super nice support work. BUT when I clicked on the "redeem now" link, it said "it has been already used". So I contacted again support and they told that they cannot do nothing more about my situation. There was no third
    partys involved during these conversations or forwarding e-mails. I have only one live account (was logged in into my account) and used my private computer.

    Looks like service and support can make some money with business like that. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with this. You should try contacting phone support again. If they say they cannot help then request that the issue be escalated.

    Thanks for the quick answer. I already tried that. But there must be a problem with the site because at the last step i don't get the chance to insert the order number, the page skips to a "contact us" section. I tried with two different machines now.
    Running different OS and browsers.

    It's in your best interest to not trade, and against the rules of these forums. As someone that was scammed not once, but twice, it's a good idea to get your codes from ebay where there are steps taken to prevent getting ripped off.
