Involuntary Communication and Privacy Breech

Last night while on Rainbow Six Siege, I had a very strange experience that I feel was a compromise of my privacy. I was playing with my friend while talking drunk in party chat when a player beside me had a close call from
a rival player jumping out of a window. After shooting the rival player, I giddily said "Haha, <gamertag>, you don't know how f_____ng lucky you are!" As soon as I finished that sentence, I got an overlay on my screen that said "LISTENING" with a loading bar
beside it and started questioning what that was, which also got picked up.

The other player heard what I said about him and responded to me in a long angry message about how he could hear me and probably knew what he was doing or something. I didn't care, I was just focused on WHY and HOW this happened. So I began trying to
replicate it and find out what happened. Here are some details:

1. His reply was long and came in a very short time, so it was clear that Xbox One's voice recognition and speech to text was at work.

2. When I looked at other players and said their gamertags followed by non-inflammatory speech, nothing happened.

3. I recently had trouble with trolls and lost my ability to speak for a week. Perhaps that's why my mentioning another gamertag and swearing triggered some sort of Microsoft spyware.

4. After recording those few seconds of audio, I was given ZERO choice in what was done with it. Part of a conversation that should have been limited to my friend and I was sent against my will to another person.

That last one is just wrong and I'm very angry about that. If Microsoft is trying to keep people from swearing at each other, the
worst thing to do is spy on people and make them send provoking messages to one another. Sorry to be long winded and thanks to whoever reads this.

If anyone knows what happened, why it happened, and how I can prevent it from happening again, I'd appreciate a solution.
