Inviting recent player = comm banned

My Friend and I were playing battlefield and we wanted to talk to are teammates cause game chat doesn't work in BF you cant talk to your whole team. we Invited each player one and a few join and some but most said they were going to report us for doing nothing
against the code of conduct. my friend got comm banned and appealed but got denied by the month breathers they call the enforcement team. morale of the story: trying to socialize is not allowed. side notes why cant you know why you were banned shouldnt you
have a right to so you dont make the error again.

Xbox comm banned me for no reason

I am a general Xbox Live player like everyone else, yet I have come to find out that I just got comm banned for no reason yesterday. What I want to know is 1) how did I get comm banned? 2) Who complained about me for me to get comm banned? 3) How long I
am I going to be comm banned for? If this is a unreasonable comm banning, then please remove it. I play games that require a lot of communicating and if I can't communicate than my teammates or friends will get highly confused.

Serious and legitimate complaint

Comms. Theyre good, better than BC2 for sure, but no one talks on them so instead i get to hear the game sound effects repeated through my speakers! There is no sign like a speaker to show when someone is on comms so how the hell do you cut them off? Obviously
apart from muting every single player on the recent player list?!!!

Your friend did not get suspended for no reason.

He could of been suspended for something he did months ago.

If a case review was filed & upheld then there's nothing else that can be done,he will have to wait out the suspension.

All post that I have made are for people to join and play with us and yet I've been comm banned twice for a post that isn't selling nor inviting to join a clan or anything like that, its the same for other players I've seen as they've shown exactly what they were comm banned for and nothing is against xbox community standards, you need to start looking into these reported posts or remove the looking for group posts in general if they're just getting people banned for just looking for people to join in their games as thats exactly what I've been posting for and I've got 2 comm bans for looking for players to play with, I also have the proof to back up this post in my enforcement history

Was this unprovoked? If this is the first time you have received a comms ban, it will not be permanent and will be lifted within a few weeks. When encountering toxic players, reporting is the best method to deal with them. Sorry to hear that you have had
a comms ban.

recent player list and options to invite them are in game, in call of duty you press y and use the bumpers to scroll to recent players, its says invite to party but it is a game invite

Log in with your Xbox/Microsoft account, and click the big orange hammer on the left. You can request a detailed explanation of your comm-ban if you are able to submit a case review.

I don't know for sure, but maybe the XBLPET deleted the violating message after they issued your comm-ban. Usual scenarios for comm-bans include profanity over the mic and/or text messages to other players.
