Invites dont work for sending or recieving help

Hey. Whenever I invite someone to a game or party it dosn't go through and its the same for people sending them to me. i have checked the notifications settings and restarted xbox and internet several times and have even deleted my account from the xbox
and re downloaded it. Nothing seems to fix it. It does it for any account on my xbox as i use one for some games and a different account for older games. Any help would be appreciated.

Pop up glitch

Im not recieving any pop up notice. It dont work any more for achievements online friend or messages. Any one else getting this?

 

Problem with messages and game invites

been havig exactly the same problems, last i was sending invites to my mate and he wasnt recieving them, the other day i wasnt getting any messages showing up in my inbox yet on xbox.com they were there, dunno whats going on
