Title says it all really, I was wondering if there is anything that can be done other than wait?

Xbox Preview Program - System Message not sent

I was invited to the Xbox preview program by a friend of mine and I downloaded the app, whenever I start the app it just says the you will receive a system message shortly. I read the FAQ for the Preview program and it said it could take up to 48 hours to
receive the message, but it has now been over 3 weeks. I then called Xbox support, and they did absolutely nothing, besides telling me to post in this forum. I'm hoping I can finally get this resolved.

A few months ago i was invited to the program and got the app downloaded but when I open the app it says I'll ger a service message soon. It's been months but I still haven't gotten the message and I want to be in the program can someone please help me

sometimes it can take a while. There have been changes to the acceptance rates of the program which you can read more about here:

This may be causing a longer delay for you, but as you're already "in", changes to the program may not apply to you at all.

I personally haven't seen a new preview update come through in a while (possibly over a month). This could be the reason that you're not getting the update yet. If you have the app installed, and you've confirmed in the app that you're set for preview
builds then you should be good to go. You will only get the preview build when an update is pushed out, not immediately after signing up.

With your forum access, please be patient and a mod will come by usually within a couple days, and give you access to the EA group.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Keep in mind that being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. In the meantime, all that you can do is wait to see if you are accepted. If you are accepted, you will receive an Xbox Live
