Invited to the preview program but received no message

Hi

I was invited to the preview program multiple times by my friends. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a message but received none please help

I have been invited to the Preview Program multiple times but have not received an email or Xbox Live message, I also can't access the Preview forums.

I was invited before for the Halo 5 beta but forgot to join the program and I received a message then that has since expired.

You need to be aware of this dude! Took some info from the: "Xbox one preview program FAQ"

-How do I sign up for the Xbox One Preview program?

The Preview program is by invitation only. If your friends are already in the program, they can invite you by using the Invite friends page in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

-How will I know if I've been selected?

You'll get a service message from us on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

-I downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and registered my console, but I haven't gotten the update. Why?

Once you've registered, it can take up to 48 hours for your console to get the current Preview update.

PS.Yeah i just posted that on another post xD buts its kinda the same problem and also a "great"(quiestion mark) answer. (pls Official support im doing my best :v)

just to add to what MCYolo posted above, lots of people gloss over on one important note - being invited is no guarantee that you will be selected for participation in the preview program. Due to the volume of people applying not everyone can get in - and
they cannot send messages to those who do not get selected.

We can't check on your status so I can only echo what was posted above - please be patient and wait to see if you get in!

Preview Program Support forums. They will be able to assist you further there with getting a message to your console so that you can be a part of the preview program.

I'd just like to call out that both McYolo and Zeus are both accurate in this case. You generally have to be patient for a message or you simply weren't selected. In your case, though, we've got you covered, and hope the preview team can sort you out!
