    Invite to Game is Greyed out


    This has become an widespread problem on Xbox playing Destiny 2. We create a party and the "invite to game" is greyed out. We go to orbit and it doesn't fix the problem. Rebooting the xbox is not a solutinon for everyone in the fireteam when you are in
    the middle of the game. If multiple people are having this issue across multiple games, there is something wrong with Xbox. This didn't happen for months at a time.

    Hi, not original poster,

    But having exact same issue, i have power cycled, i have restarted, i have unplugged it for half hour (read somewhere that this helped with clearing caches, no idea if true but thought worth a shot, if you could confirm that to be true or not that would
    also be handy!), I have changed networks, done everything i can think of,

    Any help would be appreciated as this means i can no longer play anything with friends unless its through sheer luck of dropping into their world or game....

    I've had the same problem trying to play Battlefront 2 and other games with my friends. I thought maybe my account perms were messed up but they were fine. I don't get why this happens and this is the first time I've seen someone else mention it, kind
    of comforting to know it's not just me and my friends.

    Sorry to hear you're unable to play with your friends. Have you
    power cycled     your Xbox One yet? Let's have you do that first and see if you're still experiencing this issue. :)
