We don't do invites from the support forums. You will have to get a friend that is in the program to invite you or you can go to this link and post there. forums.xbox.com/.../1994482.aspx

Also, just because you are invited don't mean that you will be accepted. The program is at capacity and there is currently a long backlog for players that want to get in. Don't hurt to try but if you get accepted it could take a long time.

You need the preview dashboard app to invite friends now, as the preview registration app no longer allows invites.

If you don't have it, you can request it in the preview forums.
