invite friend?

    Here is the problem: I can't invite my friends to my games, here is what i have done: 1. test connection ,does not work 2. Restart console, nope 3. test connection with friend, nada 4. Ask for help by taking to a Microsoft employee, nope still nothing.
    this is my last hope right now. can anyone help me with this.

    I've been having a problem where I am not receiving notifications for invites and neither is the other player if I send one to him/her. Please help because I cannot join any other group due to the fact that I can't see the invites.

    to invite a friend to your game you both must have open Nat connection. If you or your friends connection is set in moderate or restricted Nat that causes problems in multiplayer games. To receive more help you should provide some more information regarding
    your net connection or that of your friends
