    Invisible Payment Option


    I was going to purchase a game (Payday 2 CE) and i realised that the payment option was a credit card i no longer used so i tried to change payment option but the debit card i used was for some unknown reason deleted off my account so i tried adding it back
    my details were exact and i clicked save but then the payment option had not appeared,So i tried again on the internet and it said "payment option could not be added, please ensure that the payment option is not already on the account." so i once again checked
    on my xbox one console if it had appeared which it did not so i restarted my console (that didn't work) and then i hard reset my console (that didn't work) so could someone help me with my problem that would be greatly appreciated - .

    Bought a Xbox Live Gold free trial, but can´t use...

    I gave up...

    Contacted support via chat and they removed my invisible subscription and payment option.

    How to Manage your Xbox LIVE payment options

    Overview

    You can choose to use more than one payment method for your Xbox LIVE account. The payment options include credit cards and PayPal accounts. You can use these payment options to buy items from Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

    The 2-year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract uses only credit cards as the payment option. The other payment options like Debit Cards, Prepaid cards and PayPal are not valid for this subscription. However, you can change your payment to another credit card.

    If it is before the end of the two years and there is no credit card associated with your account, it is assumed you have terminated the subscription, and you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and any applicable taxes.

    It is easy to edit your payment options on your console or at Xbox.com

    Steps to Follow

    Add or change a payment option using your console

    1) Use your Xbox LIVE gamertag to Sign in.

    2) Proceed to Settings and then select Account.

    3) Select Manage Payment Options, and then choose either of the following:
    • If you want to add a new credit card, select Add Credit Card.
    • If you want to use your PayPal account on Xbox LIVE, select Add PayPal. You will be required to enter your PayPal username and password. Follow the instructions to add PayPal as a payment option. You cannot use PayPal as a payment option for the 2 year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract. PayPal is not available in all regions.
    4) After making changes to payment options, select Update Payment Option.

    Add or Change a payment option on Xbox.com

    1) Go to My Account.

    2) Select Payments and Billings and click on Manage Payment Options.

    3) You may be required to Sign in using your Microsoft account (email and password).

    4) Proceed to do either of the following:

    If you want to edit a payment option, select Edit.

    If you want to add a payment option, you can do either of the following:
    • Click on Add New Credit Card and enter the credit card information
    • Click on PAY with PayPal and follow the instructions.

    For billing issues, I find it easier to contact support on the phone when online options don't seem to be working.

    The only reason you couldn't call the US number is that you live in a different country. If that is the case (or you do live in the US), you'll find the appropriate number
    HERE.

    You're going to have to call them, as that is the only why to alter your payment options.

    I was inappropriately charged and requested a refund for this charge when I called the support service. It was the worst phone support/service I have received in my entire life! I explained my issue several times which fell on deaf ears. I was repeatedly
    told I there was nothing they could do for me, that I would need to handle it myself with my bank. The phone call took 41 minutes, when the call was ended by one of the supervisors who hung up on me. I felt as if I was mislead and swindled out of my hard
