    As Tones says, no way would your account be banned because of the way your son played a race in GTA 5. There is more going on here than you are prepared to divulge or investigate.

    Sorry but you are not allowed to call out other players on the forums. If you believe someone to have done something against the ToU or CoC then use the dashboard reporting tools to report them. Go to their bio and select File Complaint then follow the
    instructions.

    The complaint will be sent directly to the PET to investigate and take the necessary action on.

    Report those players for cheating and after investigation by the enforcement team, their account could be banned.

    Why the only to contact the enforcement team is via a banned? Why can we just go back old school with the forums used to be more simple easy what happened to good old times when enforcement was good.

    I understand how bans can impact players but again, we are an Xbox community we nor does gaming support have any say or control over bans. Microsoft will investigate EVERYTHING long before a ban occurs. They do not select players at random.

    Why do some people get banned for minor infractions but people who use racial slurs don't even get touched?

    All reports are investigated by the enforcement team.

    Some suspensions/bans do take a bit longer to be issued to the player that has breached the code of conduct. As the enforcement team gets alot of reports that needs to be investigated.

    Unfairly Banned

    In addition to what Dadwhite stated. Every report is investigated. Players who falsely report someone will never get them banned.
