    When trying to setup audio party chat with a friend from my PC to his xbox last night, on joining party, GameBar.exe would crash. Curiosity got the better of me, and wanted to know _why_ this kept crashing. I ran a debugger just now to figure out what's going on. I verified in settings that I do not have Text to Speech or Speech to Text enabled. I've also reset/reinstalled/etc... the GameBar.exe program.
