Discus and support Invalid Zip code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't update my profile. Everytime I filled in my zip code, I got the error message 'Invalid Zip code', while I know the code is correct. Because my...     I can't update my profile. Everytime I filled in my zip code, I got the error message 'Invalid Zip code', while I know the code is correct. Because my profile is not complete, I can submit any reports. Please help.

    please check your country on this link:
    live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation     to see if it matches your actual address.

    If it doesn't matches your actual country then your account is created for a different country and you may need to Migrate your account to a different country, just be aware that there can be several consequences on doing that.
