Invalid Xbox live code purchased from G2a

if a code says it is invalid, then it is just that Invalid. If it was already used it would say that the code was already used.

If the code does say it was already used, then you could contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) they might be able to give you the information. To contact Xbox Support use

If the code says it is Invalid then you will have to contact the store where you purchased the code and also check if the country and region for the code matches your account and or console region.

G2a isn't the best source for codes they are known for shady codes including invalid ones that get people losing their subscription for using invalid codes (gamepass trial codes that stacked

I purchased the code from G2a but the code was supplied by Microsoft themselves.

G2A is not the safest place to purchase codes and gift cards. It's advised to only purchases these from authorized sellers. The only thing you can do at this point is contact G2A.
