Invalid Trade-In Promo Code

Xbox support wouldn't even talk to me about it lol. Got sent from microsoft store support to xbox support twice to be told this is the wrong department. Such hopelessness from microsoft support.

 

Did you ever get this solved? I ended up buying the BF bundle without using my code because I didn't want it to go out of stock but would like to see if I can retroactively use it or get 100 Xbox gift card or something. Very frustrating.

 

I helped someone during a chat session as they were able to have this resolved by contacting the vendor....and then contacting Microsoft STORE SUPPORT, not Xbox support.

Give it a try, but the vendor was done via email and they were given a new code. Then they called Microsoft Store Support for part 2.

(Allow a few days before a response is given on the email from the vendor....)

 

I did the same thing. I bought the Black Friday bundle. Now I am stuck with an invalid code and no Xbox 360. Microsoft passes me around because no one can understand the situation. I have not received a response from CeXchange after 2 emails. I would love
to get a store credit or have it added to my account. I would even settle for a $50 credit at this point.

Who did you talk to and in what department?

 

Good News! I just got done with a MS Store Chat and they were able to give me a $100 credit towards another purchase!
