"Invalid Profile" Message for forza 6

my Xbox was acting up all year, first the disc drive stopped working so I couldn't play disc games, then last week I dug in to the Xbox (ruining my warranty) and fixed my issue by cleaning the disc drive, Now forza has really made me mad, after I try reinstalling
forza 6 because I uninstalled it because it wasn't working, I couldn't reinstall it so after I fixed the disc drive I could install it, and that's brings us to today where I can play forza, however It is stuck a time 72% downloaded which I guess is okay considering
that it can be "played" and by that i mean it is givin me messages each time right before I want to play the game and it says invalid profile and under that says the forza Motorsport profile you are trying to load seems to be missing, and also after I tried
to put back together my Xbox to put back together my Xbox, it seems to think there is an Ethernet plugged in so i plugged it in and it seems to still not work plz halp so I can play forza

Invalid Profile

After reinstalling Forza after a short period I get this message when I sync my profile.

"Invalid profile. The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact Xbox support for assistance."

Yes I re downloaded it.

When my save was deleted it was fine, when I synced it again I got the same message.

Also tried it on my xbox one and got this message instead.

Invalid profile. The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please delete it from the Xbox Dashboard and create a new one.

Does this mean my save is corrupted or I am banned?

Before I uninstalled it I could play fine.

Invalid profile

trying to play Forza 4, and i get an error message saying my profile is invalid, and the 'forza motorsport profile you are trying to load is unavailable. please delete it from the dashboard and create a new one'

the profile works for all my other games

After buying the game "Forza Horizon 3" in xbox live and trying to start it, the following message appears: "Invalid profile. Delete it from the xbox menu and create a new one ". Is there any solution ??

Im so worried about it, all your steps didnt work at this issue, and again you wrote me about to erase and remove my profile, and again write this, same message: INVALID PASSWORD USE 6 TO 16 CHARACTERS TO WRITE IT.
