Invalid profile in FH5

Discus and support Invalid profile in FH5 in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Asked the guys from Xboxsupport for help, because Forzasupport informed me in a email "The Forza Support and Safety team assists with in-game issues....     Invalid profile in FH5


    Asked the guys from Xboxsupport for help, because Forzasupport informed me in a email "The Forza Support and Safety team assists with in-game issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with this issue since it is not in-game. If you feel you have an in-game issue, please submit a new ticket with the proper ticket form that pertains to your issue", because in mainscreen I get the message that I have an invalid profile and I get this error(E:1047-0)
    After 4-5 hours and nothing being successful, the that was assigned to help me had no more options. That being said he informed me that he is going to leave me for and that he will report to his superior, then receive an email the next day. I never received the email and the problem from not being able to play multiplayer turned into I cannot play FH5 at all.

    A bit of explanation I had problems not being able to play multiplayer and the problem was not solved but now i cannot play even singleplayer.

    I am desperate, forza is ignoring my cry for help, xbox is sending me to forzasupport its been more then a mount since I am trying to solve with tickets and complaints nothing is working, also the tickets for refund are mot answered from Microsoft.
    What can I do?

    I’ve gone through various possible ways to resolve this error.

    Also, I see that you contacted Xbox support regarding this. You connected to a gamer (Independent Advisor) though and not an agent. These IAs are community freelancers from a customer service partner called Directly. The next time you reach out to support select either ‘I don’t recognise a charge’ or ‘I can’t redeem a code’ under ‘Subscriptions and billing’, then select the live chat or call back option to speak with an agent.

    Let me know if you still encounter errors or need any help with the steps. I can clarify anything if needed.

    Unfortunately, you have found out that Forza Support is about as useless as a kite in a hurricane! This is the downside of Support being run by people not involved in the game (Support is run by Turn 10 whereas the game is developed by playground)...consequently, they either give copy/paste responses (when they even reply) or push the user to Xbox. It is laughable they say it's not an in-game issue when one of their lost progress steps involves when the game says: "Forza Horizon profile is no longer available with an error code or an Invalid Profile."

    Have you tried rebooting your router? Might be worth trying if you haven't already.Beyond that, disable any 3rd party security software (Avast, Norton, kaspersky etc)...same for any gaming software (Razer etc), any gaming overlays etc.

    Might also be worth trying a reset of FH5...Go to your Windows 10 Settings --> Storage --> Apps & games -->Forza -->Advanced Options -->Select the "Reset" button. That was taken from a thread about this error code on the Forza forum...might be worth a read to see if there's anything else there worth trying:

    I've deleted my save and created a new one now its working and I can play multilayer too.

    Unfortunately this game lost its charm after almost 2 months of sending tickets and losing all my progress 100+ hr of gameplay.

    I'll avoid buying games from Microsoft and Playgroundgames from now on!
