    i've bought Fable III second hand and now when i want to register the game to Windows Live i get the message that the key is already registered to another Windows Live profile. is there any way to get the game registered so i can
    play?

    Invalid product key

    I bought GTA IV on Steam a while ago and finally decided to play it. It is telling me I can not save any progress unless i sign in to Windows Live. After that it has me enter my product key. When I do it tells me i can not sign in because the key is invalid.
    I've checked multiple times and i am entering the correct key. How do I fix this?

    Hi, I bought recently bought Grand Theft Auto IV (PC) (disc) from Target. I can play the game offline in mutliplayer perfectly fine. But I can't get multiplayer to work. GFWL gives me this error "Can't sign in cause your product key is not valid. Please
    enter a valid product key. I have the correct product key. I have typed it correctly over and over. But it keeps giving me the same error. I have tried searching for solutions but they don't work. I have the right product key, I'm not sure what I am doing
    wrong. The game was sealed, new. If you have a solution please answer. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear it. The only way to do this is to either purchase the game new or contact phone support to see if it's possible to buy a new product key. Please click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    The best solution would be to take it back where you bought it and ask for a new copy. I kno stores don't usually take pc games but you have a legitimate complaint and are looking for a replacement as opposed to a refund.

    In the event that you can't return it, I'd recommend contacting rockstar support as they are probably the best people to go to for this.
