Invalid Payment Option(s)

Greetings all, Bumblebee here!

So, with the new implementation of the Avatar Store, I was zealous to get my hands on some Transformers items. However, how naïve I was as to think of such would be a, "walk in the park" if you will. Upon my "inevitable" purchase, a notification screen popped
regarding my inability to buy the Avatar: "you have no valid payment options." Given that I have approximately $15 in my account and additionally, the amount required to claim the Avatar ($3.99), I find this debacle to be outright tedious. Being a huge Transformers
fan, my eagerness is growing ever so, and knowing I can't get the intended result is... very infuriating. If anything, I'd like a solution effective-immediately. Not to condone negative and/or querluous behavior but mind you, I plead; not demand.

IIRC (not at home now) it tells me that the payment option is invalid.

I discovered the issue

The two payment options I had on file were both invalid. I removed those two and added a new payment option and the process worked as expected.

 

I'm having the same problem. These forums are vaporwire, seriously. It takes a millennium just to get a response. Sometimes not even an answer. Disappointing Xbox.
