    Xbox Enforcement Team can u please get back to me I have received an enforcement communication ban on my account and i have not done anything that is listed in the details.

    Hey there Jay!

    No one is banned without cause. Our Enforcement team is very good at investigating every situation thoroughly and determining the correct course of action.

    Also, the number of complaints does not impact whether someone has action taken on their membership. All it takes is one valid complaint for the Enforcement team to take action. Inversely, lots of invalid complaints will not result in the Enforcement team taking
    action.

    Please refer to Vinylchan's post for instructions on how to file a complaint on someone.

    Enforcement action

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you the reason & the length of the enforcement action or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here or on phone/chat support can tell you the reason.

    Invalid Enforcement Action Due to Broken Algorithm

    While the description for why you were given a suspension is terrible, per the community standards (code of conduct), that post does violate the rules. The suspension also would have been given by the enforcement team, not an algorithm. LFG posts are only supposed to be used to find others to play a game with. Asking for/offering anything else is not allowed.
