invalid ea account??!!

been playing my ea games without issue until i realized it was connected to an old ea account (email account i haven't used and was compromised years ago)

asked them to delete it but they didn't explain that id not be able to access my games unitl the newer ea account was linked which i cant do until the old ea account is deleted. their support is a joke and just gives me the same be patient nonsense. its
been over two weeks not being able to access the full content of my games or try and get into the anthem demo i preordered the game for.

--my question is this; anyway to unlink anything that's linked to my gamertag like an ea account. If i could the account unlinked from my gamertag, i could sign in with my newer ea account and it'd link. cause my next step is requesting a refund for the
digital titles i own and cant play from ea and never touvhing another of their published games again.

Sorry to hear you have been running into these problems with your account. The best advise I can give would be to continue to reach out to
EA Support so that they can assist you with the account issue. As this is an EA account we do not have access to any information on their side.

thanks for the reply!! the only issue is there isnt a way to unlink an account (even though thats how that help page makes it sound)

I am having the same issue. EA Acess is not launching. I get the logo screen but then it goes to a gray screen. I am also not able to Launch Apex legends getting an Account is Invalid.

Bought a new game for my xbox360 and when I tried to play it asked for EA account or set one up, I tried both my gamertag info and a new set-up and kept getting invalid password.
