    I have tried to purchase a skin on my Xbox which my granddaughter uses and whilst I have been charged the appropriate VBucks when I try to redeem skin I get the following error

    "Invalid variant 3F59999A3F59999A3F59999A00000000 for slot Rich Color 6

    I am of the more mature age (over 70) and not tech savvy so any answers ( in the simplest form) would be a great help.
