    Invalid codes/Code not found?


    I got a 15$ ms point-card a few days ago from a dollar store and the code is on the recite. and i was told i had to activate it on either my Microsoft account or on my Xbox account. but the problem i'm having both sites are saying the code is invalid or
    not found. any suggestions or advice??

    Make certain that you are entering the code correctly. Sometimes an I can look like a 1, a 6 can look like a G, etc. If you are certain that the code is being entered correctly, and it still will not work, you will need to go back to the store where you
    purchased it and work with them to get a new code.

    Hey there, SoliderAlloy! OUTSIDER has some solid tips here. However, if you are still running into issues, even after 24 hours (which it can take sometimes for these codes), send me a private message with the code that you are attempting to redeem so that
    we can look into it a bit further. To send me a private message, you simply hit the envelope at the bottom of my post.
