    No one here has the ability to look up the code. Xbox Support will only have the option to check on the status of the code but they won't be able to see what account it was redeemed on, unless it was redeemed on your account.

    You can still contact them to find out the date it was redeemed.

    It is either because your console is region based, or they sold you invalid codes. Sorry if they sold you invalid codes. I would recommend buying gold legitimately and see if it works

    @Buzyb77 The code you gave was invalid. Tried lower and uppercase. Took my time and made sure EVERY letter and number was correct. Just keep getting the "This is an invalid code" error.
