    Hi,

    I was 1 of the 100 weekend warriors who won the weekend fun. I wanted to redeem my $12 xbox credit but got a prompt saying the code doesnt match the region. After contacting support, i was told that the code given to me is invalid and that i will be given
    a replacement code in this forum.

    Please help thanks

    Xbox Live Gold - redeem code isnt working

    Hello,

    I purchased Xbox live gold code 12+1 for my Xbox 360 but when I try redeem the code it say(on xbox.com site):

    Something went wrong

    XBOS1005

    I tried redeem code directly on Xbox and it says that code is invalid. What's wrong?

    Yep, same problem. I got a new xbox one and can't redeem the code for my 12 month subscription. It says invalid offer id and a mix of number and letters. I've been trying since yesterday.
