Invalid code - please input a valid code

Just bought an xbox 360, it includes 4 games.. 2 with a disc n 2 with xbox live redeem codes. But the 2nd game ( dance central 2) wont redeem.

Just says "CODE NOT VALID" -please input a valid code. I double n triple checked them and even rewritten the codes from the card many times, still says INVALID CODE.

The other game ( minecraft) downloaded just fine. Please help

Duplicate and invalid code

I recently recieved my promo codes for Crazy Larry deal,Thank You. My Halo reach code is invalid it is duplicated with my Fable III code. When I input the code it downloads Fable. Please resend me a valid Halo Reach code.Miss Kleo please help

 

Prepaid Code Invalid

Nope, just says "This is an invalid code, please enter a valid code" or something along those lines.

 

Where did you purchase the console from? Which country do you live in? Is there an expiry date on the card in small print? Do you get an 8 digit error code with the message?

 

No expiry date in small print anywhere... bought it in singapore, brought it back with me to the philippines. Minecraft which also came with it redeemed just fine but dance central 2 wont.

 

It would be a region issue then. The Dance Central codes are region locked. Since the Philippines are not a supported country, the game is not available in that region. So you can't use the code.

WhackingAlloy3 change your region to the US or any other country besides the Philippines. Those codes will work, thats how I solved my problem. Taga Pinas din ako.

Woozy, that still will not work with region locked content. In order to download region locked content, your account region has to match your physical location. It's also against the terms of service to try to get content that is not readily available for
you.

 

Cge subukan ko din yan woozy... thanks... ill give it a try, it's such a waste if i couldnt use the free game that came with it. Especially since it was the game i wanted out of all the 4 free games.

 

Be careful following the advice given by Woozy. If you change your region you cannot change it again for 3 months.
