Invalid code from game I just purchased.

i get that the code is invalid, but i purchased it new

I do. Got them from Amazon. However one of the three codes came from the hardcover guide and I don't believe I'll have anyway of replacing that one. It just hard to believe that all 3 are invalid or some how became invalid.

The first thing would be to call Xbox support for them to validate that the code is invalid. If so then you would need to go back to the store you purchased it from and have it exchanged. They will most likely contact Xbox as well to validate that it was
not redeemed and that is is invalid.

Microsoft Points cards are region locked, and ones purchased from the US will not work with Canadian accounts.

if a code says it is invalid, then it is just that Invalid. If it was already used it would say that the code was already used.

If the code does say it was already used, then you could contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) they might be able to give you the information. To contact Xbox Support use

If the code says it is Invalid then you will have to contact the store where you purchased the code and also check if the country and region for the code matches your account and or console region.
