invalid code for free game included in xbox

Hi we were downloading a game Gears of War through an instalation code provided with my new xbox (

Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Ed. 2TB) Since the internet speed was slow, we decide to cancel downloading and when attemting to restar, we got a message "this code has already been used". Could anyone let me know how can we solve this issue?. Thanks

RB3 HMV Pre-order code. Was given a PS3 one instead of 360 one?

On the back of the voucer it has the playstation logo, playstation network logo, nothing to do with Xbox at all.
The code is 3 strings of 4 codes, and I've tried the code but it says it's invalid.

 

facing a big problem what should i do

i got a new xbox 360 with kinect including one game on cd and another free game with code to dowenload online and free three month of live gold membership when iam trying to dowenload the game with the redeem code it told me that the codi is invalid also
when iam trying to got my free gold membership by the redeem code it also told me that it is invalid the both codes was sealed and non opened and the game code scratshed by me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The game should show as ready to install in your games and apps. You would install it from there.

 

The game is already linked to your account.

Head over to the 'my games and apps' section.

It should show up under the ready to install tab.
