    Invalid account


    Hi there, im trying to go onto Battlefront2 on Xbox 1, but it's telling me my account is invalid! I put the disc in, click on the game, click A to lig in, but then after i go on my account , it tells me its invalid! Ive tried to seek help on
    EA.Help.com, but there is nothing there to help me! I've tired to go to EA.login.com but it tells me my accounts credentials is either wrong or expired. When ive put in my xbox account Password and right email in! Mind someone helping me out on this situation?

    when i sign in it says im suspended from xboxlive because of my payment optoin and it says status code 800something and at first i thought my membership was expired but then i tried to buy one but it said the same thing after i bought it please help

    When you say you can not enter the main account what do you mean?

    Is it still on the console or are you trying to recover it?

    Do you still have access to the GT on the Console - Can you check to see what email is attached to that GT.

    What is the GT in question?

    You shouldn't really hijack someone else's thread but did you have a card connected to your account for your Gold sub and has that expired?
