Into second day....

Into second day and still no profile. Customer support have had me going around in circles.

Please please fix this microsoft.

Day One Controller/Headset Issues

Is anyone else out there having issues with being able to plug your day one headset into your day one controller?

I cannot do it. The headset plugs in just fine and easily into my second controller that I purchased but it will not go into my day one controller..

Unable to access Bingo

Second day in a row I have been unable to get into Bingo. Any idea when this might be fixed?

 

dont worry ive sat here for 2 hours chatting to one person and they have turned around saying its my connection. i think im going to explode

 

hey mortal do a speedtest and tell me what your upload speed is?

 

Mortal your upload speed is almost the same as mine. my download is more than double yours but lets get to the point.

Chat have just said that 3.0mb upload is minimum requirement for xbox live and thats why our profiles arent downloading.

My friend tried to download my profile to his xbox with his internet with ove 5mb upload speed. Still failed to download.

I have the chat saved. I will coopy exactly what she put in a minute

 

My upload speed is 11.89Mb and i haven't been able to download mine for the past 2 days as well.

Chloe: As I've said earlier, this type of error that you are encountering is caused by an unstable internet connection.

 

Chloe: We do have this one point Chris. As our chat volume suddenly went overboard. We got confirmation from our XBox Engineers that it should only last 24 hours and the service status about it is no longer posted.

Chloe: Our XBox Live Specialists once ask us as well if we are still getting customers having Xbox 360 download issue.

Taken me ages but finally got her to accept that its got nothing to do with my console or my connection.

Now lets hope something gets done about this

 

I just did that Mortal and same error code popped up......

 

No probs. We need to get to the bottom of this and get this fixed. Fair play to the chat representative though as i gave her some right abuse for the first hour.

I only save them so when they say have you tried this or that i can say yes and send them the chat messages proving ive already tried it.

With the last one though we tried every last trouble shooting options. I even backed up my entire hdd to USBs and reformatted the hdd just to prove to her that it isnt a problem my end.

So back to the waiting game we go hoping this gets fixed anytime soon

 

Thanks Fluffy. I'm in the same boat as you guys. Same error code. I've tried the troubleshooting. Its clearly a problem on Microsofts end.

 

You dont need to thank me. I just want this issue fixing asap like the rest of us here. Ive tried the nicey nice approach and got nowehere with them.

Either way ill be going straight onto chat again in the morning if its not up by then

 

I'll hit the chat tomorrow too. Hopefully its someone sensible on the other end. No more 'clear cache/reboot' nonsense.
