    "interrupted Sistem Update"(XBOX360) & I CAN'T GO TO THE HOME HELP!


    Please, I've tried to update the sistem with an USB flashcard, but now it says that it can't download.

    Now I have this "state code":4451-4467-B600-0F00-C000-02B6

    And I can't return to the home neither with the controller. I've tried to put in a CD, But the display is the same.

    When I start the console there is always the same display.I hope someone will help me. Thanks

    Cannot update my Xbox 360 software!

    I can not update my Xbox360 software! It connects to internet, downloads update but when it says aplying update at the end of a bar it stops and after a while says "can't process the update, if the problem persists,go to www.xbox.com/support"
    and the error code is "23EF-396B-1380-2203-C000-0001"

    Please help!

    Operating Xbox one and Xbox 360 on the same live account?

    Hello

    You can't simultaneously use the same account for Xbox One and Xbox360. The best thing to do is create a new Gamertag for either you or your sister so each of you have their own.
