Hallo,

nun seit mehreren Wochen hat mein Bruder ein Problem mit seiner Xbox One.

Er hat für zirka 1 Stunde Internet, danach disconnected die Xbox komplett, keine Partys oder Multiplayer mehr möglich. (Dasselbe Problem hatte ich mit meiner alten, weshalb ich mir eine neue gekauft habe)

Dazu: In unserem Haus laufen 3 * Xbox one davon 2 mal die X und diese problemlos. Kein weiteres Gerät hat Probleme mit dem Internet.

Desweiteren haben alle 3 Xbox selbständige Portfreigabe, NAT-Typ ist bei meiner offen. Bei allen die gleich Einstellung.

Teredofilter am Router ebenfalls deaktiviert.

Bei mir geht alles gut, Party, Multiplayer und co. WARUM IST ES BEI SEINER XBOX ANDERS? BEI DEN GLEICHEN EINSTELLUNGEN??

Wir haben auch schon mit exposed host und co rumprobiert aber wir sind alles keine Techniker.

Hi MS Infinity,

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums! I would suggest
creating a static IP for
his console. Once you do that it should work fine.
You can also
port forward as
well if you want a better connection. Once it is set up (The Static IP), go to System, Settings, Network, Network Settings, then Test Multiplayer connection.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest
clearing out the consoles Network caches since when it gets full it might cause this type of errors.

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

Give it a shot and keep us informed of any further developments!

We checked your link, the multiplayer is all fine it says: It´s all working.

The problem is: for a few minutes up to one hours all is fine, he can talk in partys and play online. After one hour or less his xbox one is having issues. Giving serveral error codes , NAT-Type cant be determinited ,....

Thing that were working before...
