I´ve got the same problem. It might have to do with the new Xbox One console update, because my and your problem accured in the same time the update where coming out. I offline updated my Xbox but this doesn´t help. Hope they will fix this or that we just
miss something important that can be fixed.

Ich habe heute mehrere Stunden mit dem Problem verbracht. Erst bin ich mit dem Microsoft-Support das Problem durchgegangen: Konsole und Router neu starten, Konsole zurücksetzen, MAC-Adresse manuell eingeben, usw. -> keine Lösung und ich solle Vodafone kontaktieren
damit meine Ports geöffnet werden und der Router aktualisiert. Daraufhin habe ich mit mehreren Vodafone-Mitarbeiter telefoniert. Problem ist nicht bekannt aber da das Internet sonst funktioniert ein Xbox-Problem. Ich bin dann nochmal mit dem Xbox-Support alles
durchgegangen und bekam die Aussage es läge an den veralteten Vodafone-Routern. Neue Fritz-Box wurde gekauft, selbstständige Portzuweisung für Xbox freigeschaltet und Teredo-Filter deaktiviert. Das Problrm besteht weiterhin: Internetverbindung ja, Xbox Live
