    ok so about a month ago i started having conection problems, but a week and a half ago it started like not letting me online, it says its connected right? And i go to play a game and says im offline, so i check the network and test it,its given me different
    reasons like cant find ip address or tredo ip or upnp not found or something anyway why? Is it my xbox one s? Or my internet being crap? Anyway i want it fixed fast anyone got any ideas? (By the way ive allready tried turning off the router and turning it
    back on and disconnecting and reconnecting my xbox to the wifi) also could a xbox update have done this? Because this has never happened before.(also i had the xbox for a few months before the problems)

    I've been having some problems with that internet connection error, too, but honestly, I don't know how I feel about disabling the firewall and/or security features of the router. I hope they release a patch soon that will fix the problem.

    I don't have my keyboard for my controller, so I have no need for the IE on there. Good to know its a productive app though.

    Hello!

    I would try doing a hard reset on your console & rebooting your networking equipment. It sounds like you're connecting to wifi, you could also try hard wiring and seeing if it has the same issue.

    Believe his asking about there being no internet browser on xbox. Doubt they would do that in a million years but i guess security wise it would be better without it.

    Hello!

    I would try doing a hard reset on your console & rebooting your networking equipment. It sounds like you're connecting to wifi, you could also try hard wiring and seeing if it has the same issue.

    Do you have wifi active in your home? If so, it should automatically pick the signal up and let you select it and enter the password for it.

    How I can power cycle my gateway
    Turn the power off at the switch ...wait 30secs or so then turn it back on. It will reestablish network access when it reboots and the lights should be green. Have patience while it connects (few minutes) then turn on console.
