    Internet---X---Xbox Live problem. PLEASE HELP


    Xbox Live is not connecting. I have tried a lot since 10am today until now. Support chat (30 mins), and phone support (1.5 hrs) are both stumped. I posted here earlier and got no response. I have tested my connection after hard resets of my xbox and modem,
    tried updating off a jump drive, have DONE EVERYTHING but what I need to fix it.

    I had one day off all week and this is what I have done with it. Please help.

    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    it might be down in your area it would not let me sign in either but i waited a day and i could sign in
