Internet usage!!

If you have a high download usage then your system is most likely set to instant-on. This will put the system in a standby mode instead of actually turning it off when pressing the powerbutton. In this standby mode it will make sure that your games stay
updated etc.

You can put your console on powersaving mode by following the steps on this page

And i also just checked but somehow during this the date and time had been changed back to September 2014?

Ok Thanks all I have done this week is download Cod so it did not seem right.

if your getting these numbers from the network usage part on the xbox then ignore it, it is far from accurate.

the only way your going to get close to 1TB per week is if you are downloading COD 7 times, watching 12 hours of 4k netflix, playing online, streaming music and watching 4k youtube constantly, all this in a week lol.

if you are not downloading full games constantly then you can safely assume you aint using 1TB per week.

besides the xbox series x does not have a full 1TB storage capacity so.

it also glitches and shows TB as usage instead of GB or MB.
