Internet troubles on my Microsoft devices

I have been having issues with the internet on my devices and the ISP is claiming that its not on their end. This has been going on for a bit now my PC and Xbox are both having issues similar to each other.

My pc: The internet goes out at 9am on the dot and comes back up at 9:45

My xbox: Just refuses to connect and work at all saying "Check your internets name and password" or something like that even though I know its correct, ive had this issues in the past but a power cycle fixed it this time it didnt

Things ive tried:

PC: Messing with/updating network drivers, signing in and out of the network, restarting the computer

Xbox: Restarting trying to reconnect, hard reset/power cycle, changing the devices name

I've really tired everything I can think of to try and fix the issue to no avail please someone help this is really just getting annoying.

May I confirm if your PC & Xbox are connected through wired connection or wireless?

Alternatively, please try to connect your devices using your mobile data hotspot to we can isolate the issue.

My internet strength is good, low latency, 200 mgb, 10 upload, and my Xbox just disconnects. I refresh the max address and problem persists. I noticed a lot of devices have trouble connecting to a 5ghz connections to the Wi-Fi. The internet companies blame the devices. I never had this much trouble with the 2.4ghz.

Anyone now having trouble with internet explorer? Mine won't work and it is not available in the store.
